Immediately after the wooded area there is a tight right turn to Park road. Cracking pool that in the last year has flooded each winter period. Was great for passage waders last spring and has potential for something good. Prone to disturbance but always worth a look If passing. Bird was distant when I found it but soon seemed to favour a patch of water at the southern end within easy view of the roadside.
