Dotterel April 10th

I went back up this afternoon after the 2nd RRS report and watched the Dotterel for a while.  2 Crows eventually flushed it and it circled 2-3 times before heading off high to the NW.  Amazing how the call carried well beyond sight with bins.  Guess it was a clear evening!

    Hey at least i didnt throw my bobble hat at it. few of us watched it- photos were over 2x yesterdays distance.
