After a quiet start to the morning at Happy Valley I headed up to the limestone pavements where I managed a few shots of Marc's Firecrest as it showed well in the Gorse clump near the picnic tables.
This Goldcrest was keeping company with the Firecrest, Two Swallows also passed through heading south-west and two Wheatears were present.
Still plenty of butterflies about making the most of the warm weather. This Small Tortoiseshell was on Llys Helyg along with a few Large and Small Whites. A Red Admiral also passed through the limestones while I was enjoying the Firecrest.
