Melodious.....

Melodious Warbler found in the plantation at 11:20 this morning was by far the best bird of the day. After eluding all observers for six hours, it was re-found in Ty Capel garden at 5:00 pm, and showed briefly before disappearing into the foliage once again..
On the rest of the bird front, there was very little around. A Blackcap was also seen at Nant, aSpotted Flycatcher was in Plas Withy and a sparse scattering of Willow Warblers amounted to 24 individuals. A Purple Sandpiper was on the rocks by Solfach at high tide, where 14 Turnstones, a Ringed Plover, 11 Redshanks were also; four Whimbrels and 18 Curlews were seen elsewhere.
