I got great views of this Water Rail at SW Llyn Cefni today. There was still a female Goosander yesterday, there were 2 last week.Last Monday I managed to see the Kingfisher there also. I had my first Butterfly of the year today, this Peacock. The highlight of a brief trip to Cemlyn tonight was this 3 bird Ringed Plover face off! Peter Hope Jones had a Lesser Spotted Woodpecker at Coed Cyrnol by Church Island on the 31st March so get down there and check it out. Let me know if you have any success. TTFN.
