Steve you mentioned a hybrid on Bardsey once do you have any images. This bird did look small, it reminded me of a juvenile swallow. The back was dark and dull not irridecent shiny metalic blue. If you look closely on the head there are a few reddish and metalic blue feathers but not many.
Has it got any Crag Martin genes? Those windows in the tail look fairly neat.
