Anglesey 3rd May.

Ken had the Monty early am, and 2 Black terns on Traffwll. I had 53 Whimbrel on Llyn Cefni, Black Tern on Maelog and drake Garganey, 2 Reeves, Greenshank, 10 Dunlin, 6 Common Sands on Coron. Coron was good and looks good on the shoreline at present, check it out if passing. A Common Crane was reported at Mynydd Mechell but couldn't be relocated and a belated report of 2 White Storks again on the 21stst April at Llanfairynghornwy, ? last years Tregele birds?

    Could be the same birds i reported on the 17th April flying high over Llanrwst.

    Hi John. The guy emailed me the pictures last night and it turns out they weren't Storks but Cranes! I had a look for the Crane in Mynedd Mechell last night. No joy but there was another Wood Sand on the roadside pool there!
