Spoonbill Point of Ayr

Managed to catch up this afternoon with the spoonbill that has been reported on and off for the past week or so at Point of Ayr. The bird was seen from the site of the old bird hide tho difficult at times at is disappeared into gullies but as the tide came in it showed very well on the mudflats. The bird is colour ringed so endeavouring to find out where it hails from.
