Had a steady passage of migrants through today, we ringed 90 nw birds, 32 Willow Warblers, 27 Chiffchaffs and 19 Blackcaps and 6 Goldfinch with the remainder being locals.
Also first Sedgie of the year singing in the reed bed. On top of the number of birds ringed there re about another 70 Willow Warblers and 30 Chiffchaffs.
