Ringtail Harrier at Rhoscolyn

Tonight at dusk Ian Wright had a Ringtail Harrier at Rhoscolyn which may have been going to roost at the reedbed. He thought it looked rather slender winged but couldn't totally rule out Hen Harrier. A ringtail Hen Harrier was reported at RAF Valley today but if you are in the area it may be worth grilling any Harriers you see just in case.
