  4. Signed up - painless! This is something evryone can get involved in and it will be great fun to see what birds are on our doorsteps. It is up to you how far to walk and you set your own target list so it can be easy for everyone to have a go.

  8. Well this will be a first, Rob getting his wallet out, I never knew he had money! Gonna cost you big time I am well up for this and we all know on New Year's Eve we will all be saying "gonna get fit next year"! Now where would I like £155 to go.....
