Yellow legged gull, Gresford Flash

A nice adult yellow legged gull amongst gull flock at the flash. Numbers of large gulls are building up so hopefully something more exciting to come soon. A female goosander here is a good site record.

  1. Excellent Kev. Some stunning Caspian gulls at Richmond at the moment- not too far away! Good luck.

  2. Only a matter of time Marc. A possible reported briefly today from a very reliable observer. It flew before being scrutinised. Will be back tomorrow between shopping.

  3. Nice one Kev.
Is the tip inactive on Sundays? I guess the gulls come anyway to drink and bathe?
    Cheers,

  4. Hi Mike, There is no tip nearby. The gulls just feed around the fields between the flash and the river Dee.
