Migrants - April 8th Great Orme

A mist shrouded Orme this morning produced a steady stream of migrants along the northern cliffs; the only area in bright sunshine. 12 Twite were the highlight flying low, below the Old Cafe. 3 Tree Pipit, 3 Crossbill, 30+ Linnet, 150+ Meadow pipit, 7 Swallow, 15+ Redpoll ad 10+ Siskin all flew west and below eye level. Around the Old Cafe, the only area that visibility was good enough, produced 3 Blackcap, 2 Willow Warbler and 2 Chiff-chaffs.
