Red Footed Falcon - Willington GPs

Last minute decision this morning after my plans to go fishing were dashed, therefore what better to do for a jubilee than twitch a Red Footed Falcon. The first summer male showed superbly at 12 when we got there and remained in the area showing incredibly well for a good hour afterwards. It landed briefly a couple of times at distance but managed a couple of shots:


...and I got back in time for the Queens speech too!
